NEWTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Seven Hills Realty Trust (Nasdaq: SEVN) today announced a regular cash distribution on its common shares of $0.35 per share ($1.40 per share per year). The distribution declared today will be paid to SEVN’s common shareholders of record as of the close of business on January 27, 2025 and distributed on or about February 20, 2025.
