NEWTON, Mass.--RMR Real Estate Fund (AMEX: RMR), RMR F.I.R.E. Fund (AMEX: RFR), RMR Preferred Dividend Fund (AMEX: RDR) and RMR Asia Pacific Real Estate Fund (AMEX: RAP) announced today that it has scheduled its 2007 Annual Meeting of Shareholders for Tuesday, May 8, 2007. The record date for determination of shareholders entitled to vote at the meeting has been set at the close of business on Friday, February 9, 2007.
