NEWTON, Mass.--RMR Real Estate Fund (AMEX: RMR) announced today that it has scheduled its 2005 Annual Meeting of Shareholders for Wednesday, May 11, 2005. The record date for determination of shareholders entitled to vote at the meeting has been set at the close of business on Monday, March 14, 2005.
