RMR Funds Announce Results of Annual Meeting

NEWTON, Mass., Mar 12, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- RMR Real Estate Income Fund (NYSE Amex: RIF) and RMR Asia Pacific RealEstate Fund (NYSE Amex: RAP) announced the results of their annualmeetings of shareholders held on March 11, 2010 as follows:

Barry M. Portnoy and Arthur G. Koumantzelis were elected as Class IIItrustees of each of the Funds with both to serve a three year term untilthe annual meetings in 2013. The preliminary tabulations of thepercentages of shareholders' votes cast for each of these trustees areas follows:
