RMR Real Estate Income Fund Announces Agreement with Destra Capital Investments LLC to Provide Secondary Market Support Services

NEWTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--RMR Real Estate Income Fund (NYSE MKT: RIF) today announced that it hasretained Destra Capital Investments LLC ("Destra"), a third party funddistributor and registered broker dealer, to provide secondary marketsupport services to RIF. Destra will market RIF to financial advisors inthe U.S. as a potential investment option for investors. Destra isheadquartered in Lisle, IL and employs approximately 30 wholesale funddistribution professionals located throughout the U.S.RMR Advisors, Inc., the advisor to RIF, was founded in 2002 and isfocused on investing in real estate securities, including real estateinvestment trusts (REITs) and other high dividend paying securities. Asof November 30, 2012, RIF had approximately $223 million in total assets.
