RMR Real Estate Income Fund Announces Completion of its Redomestication

NEWTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- RMR Real Estate Income Fund (NYSE MKT: RIF) today announced that it had completed its redomestication from a Delaware statutory trust to a Maryland statutory trust. The Fund's shareholders approved the redomestication and related agreement and plan of redomestication at the Fund's 2017 annual meeting of shareholders on April 13, 2017.
