RMR Real Estate Income Fund Announces Results of Annual Meeting

NEWTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- RMR Real Estate Income Fund (NYSE American: RIF) today announced the results of its 2018 Annual Meeting of Shareholders which was held earlier today as follows:

Jeffrey P. Somers was re-elected as a Class II Trustee of the Fund to serve a three year term until the annual meeting of shareholders in 2021. The percentage of shareholders’ votes cast for this Trustee is as follows:

* All preferred and common shareholders of the Fund voting as a single class.

Adam D. Portnoy was re-elected as a Class II Trustee of the Fund to serve a three year term until the annual meeting of shareholders in 2021. The percentage of shareholders’ votes cast for this Trustee is as follows:
