RMR Real Estate Income Fund Announces Results of Special Meeting of Shareholders

NEWTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- RMR Real Estate Income Fund (NYSE American: RIF) today announced the results of its Special Meeting of Shareholders which was held earlier today as follows:

Shareholders approved the new Investment Advisory Agreement between RMR Real Estate Income Fund and RMR Advisors LLC.

Shareholders ratified the appointment of RSM US LLP as RMR Real Estate Income Fund’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2018.
