NEWTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- RMR Real Estate Income Fund (NYSE American: RIF) today announced the results of its 2019 Annual Meeting of Shareholders which was held earlier today as follows:

Jennifer B. Clark was re-elected as a Class III Trustee of the Fund to serve a three-year term until the annual meeting of shareholders in 2022. The final tabulation of the percentage of shareholders’ votes cast for this Trustee is as follows:

Joseph L. Morea was re-elected as a Class III Trustee of the Fund to serve a three-year term until the annual meeting of shareholders in 2022. The final tabulation of the percentage of shareholders’ votes cast for this Trustee is as follows:
