Seven Hills Realty Trust Appoints Jared Lewis as Vice President

NEWTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Seven Hills Realty Trust (Nasdaq: SEVN) today announced that Jared Lewis has been appointed as Vice President.

Mr. Lewis is a Vice President of The RMR Group (Nasdaq: RMR) where he leads a team in screening, sizing and underwriting new commercial real estate mortgage loans. He is also a Vice President of Tremont Realty Capital. Mr. Lewis joined Tremont’s predecessor business in 2002, and throughout his career has been involved in the structuring of over $3.4 billion worth of debt and equity investments.
